INGENIUM TEAM

Tasha has 34 years of experience riding, training and caring for horses and their riders. After a successful career as a junior rider and working student from the age of 12 through 18, she began her professional career as assistant trainer at Twin Lakes Farm, Bronxville, NY in 1993 while also attending college full time. Tasha graduated from Barnard College, New York, NY where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Afterwards, Tasha’s passion for horses took front stage and she joined Heritage Farm in Katonah, NY. At Heritage Farm she co-trained many riders and horses to successful qualifications at the top three national equitation championships.

In 1999, Tasha moved to California to accept a position as assistant trainer for Acres West in Calabasas, CA. During her time at Acres West she helped bring several young hunter prospects that went on to win top honors at the year-end national final indoor horse shows and co-trained the 2000 winner of the USEF Talent Search Finals West. In 2004, Tasha worked for Mark Bone at Huntover and rode to a championship at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show in 2006 and riding her own horse to USEF Reserve Horse of the Year, 6-Year-Old Jumpers.

In 2009, Tasha took a position as assistant trainer at the prestigious Karen Healy Stables, known for its top equitation riders. During this time she trained the 2009 individual silver medalist and team gold medalists and the 2012 individual gold medalist at the North American Junior and Young Rider Championship. As a rider she placed in many Grand Prix jumping events and won the $10k Welcome Stake at the LA International Jumping Festival in 2013.

In 2016 Tasha opened Ingenium Farm. Ingenium Farm is not only a place for clients and their horses to grow and find success in the show ring, but it's also a family. A family Tasha has proudly built from the ground up. Tasha has a natural talent as a horse trainer/rider but her ability to run a business is also one of her biggest strengths. Tasha's clients have won top ribbons at local, regional and national medal finals as well as top placings at jumper year-end award finals. She still competes at the Grand Prix level.

The Facility

Ingenium Farm is moving to the newly built facility at QofE Farm in Santa Rosa Valley, California.

Each stall is 12x12ft and equipped with a camera so your horse gets the best care possible 24/7. Each stall also has automatic water bowls and automatic feeders.

The out door ring is 200x300ft and has GGT footing. The ring is watered and drained using an irrigation system below the footing. Days are not missed riding even when it rains due to this state of the art irrigation system.

The property has a EuroSizer to keep your horse in top shape. There is astroturf below the footing so your horse wont take a bad step. There is also a camera installed, which plays on a screen in the grooming area, so the grooms can always keep an eye on your horse.

We also have a VitaFloor so your horse can relax and enjoy daily therapy sessions.
